About Me :

Welcome

Hello and welcome to my profile—thank you for being here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, particularly if this is your first experience. I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy, without fear of judgement. Working at your pace, I support you in making sense of your experiences and navigating life’s challenges with greater understanding, clarity, and self-awareness.

My Approach

I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s individual needs. My approach is relational and collaborative, and while therapy is led by you, I may gently offer reflections or interventions where helpful to support deeper exploration and change.

My work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in an understanding of early developmental experiences. I believe that many current difficulties are shaped by past experiences, and that meaningful change can take place within a safe, consistent, and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Services I offer

Counselling & Psychotherapy (Adults, Adolescents & Children)I offer weekly 50-minute sessions in person (Burghfield Common) or online via Zoom. These sessions provide a supportive space to explore emotional difficulties, process experiences, and develop more helpful ways of coping. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, identity, stress, traumatic experiences, bereavement and relationship difficulties.

EMDR Therapy (Age 14+)

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that supports people in processing distressing or traumatic experiences, so they feel less overwhelming. It can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, phobias, grief, and the impact of stressful life events, supporting greater emotional regulation and resilience.

Parent Reflective SessionsParent reflective sessions offer a space to step back and make sense of your child’s emotional world and behaviour. Together we explore patterns, triggers, and underlying needs, helping you respond in ways that feel more confident, connected, and supportive.

Clinical SupervisionI offer integrative and creative supervision for practitioners, providing a reflective and supportive space to explore clinical work, deepen understanding, and develop confidence in practice.

Additional Information

All services begin with an initial assessment session, which gives us an opportunity to explore your needs and ensure I am the right fit for you.

I also work creatively where appropriate, drawing on approaches such as play, art, sand, imagery, and music.
